The risk of in-patient admission and utilization of rehabilitative services by children with neurological impairments in rural Kenya.

<p>We followed up children with epilepsy, and impairments in hearing, vision, motor and cognitive functions, and age-matched controls, to determine the risk of hospitalization in a local hospital between 2015-2019. We also assessed secondary data from the occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and orthopaedic therapy departments to describe rehabilitative care for these children.</p>
