Genetic screen for suppressors of lncRNA-mediated transcription interference identifies a gain-of-function mutation in the essential Pol2 termination factor Seb1

This RNA-Seq analysis compares gene expression of the STF-19 (seb1-G476S gain-of-function mutant) compared to a seb1+ WT in the fission yeast S. pombe. Both strains had WT-rpb1 with a TPI1 terminator sequence and a 3' selection marker. Overall design: 1 test sample was analyzed. 1 control sample sequenced within the same run was previously deposited under GEO accession no. GSE160852. Each sample has three biological replicates.
