The model was trained for 20 iterations on a subset of the "AllPositive" dataset, created from GNPS positive ionmode mass spectra (subset of 91320 spectra out of 95320 spectra after filtering). It is an example model to run the MS2query app: https://github.com/iomega/ms2query.
