This dataset provides experimental measurements of droplet velocity, length, and monodispersity obtained in a water-in-oil flow-focusing microfluidic system using paraffin oil and deionized water. It includes velocity data acquired from an embedded optical sensor and reference values extracted from 60 fps video recordings using a cross-correlation algorithm. Droplet length measurements are provided for multiple flow-rate ratios (\u03c6), enabling analysis of the relationship between droplet velocity, size, and monodispersity. The dataset supports validation and benchmarking of optical sensing methods for droplet-based microfluidics and Lab-on-PCB applications. The channel geometry used in the experiments is 1.4 mm \u00d7 1.4 mm (width \u00d7 height).
