1.4x coverage of the genome of the Mezmaiskaya1 Neandertal

We generated a total of 1.4x genomic coverage for the Mezmaiskaya1 Neandertal individual. The individual has been sequenced before to ~0.5x (see: PRJEB1757). The new data has been produced from single-stranded libraries using the same extract as used for the production of the old data. The data contains typical ancient DNA damage patterns since no UDG treatment was carried out. This release contains all sequences including those that did not align to the human reference.
