Conjugal plasmid transfer in the microbiome of plant rhizosphere

Study of the permissivness of an host broad range plasmid pKJK5::Plac::gfp among the microbiome of lettuce rhizosphere. Permissivness have been studied with two different donor strain: i) Klebsiella variicola EEF15::lacIq-pLppmCherry-gmR with pKJK5::Plac::gfp ii) Escherichia coli MG1655::lacIq-pLppmCherry-KanR pKJK5::Plac::gfp. Tanscojugants have been detected thanks to fluorescent proteins and a cell sorter.
