金华市公共交通车辆违规预警分析数据

通过金华市公交集团的指挥调度监控系统，收集公共交通车辆的GPS定位信息、车速信息、站点停靠信息，并通过统计分析实时掌握公交车辆的违规预警信息，为公交集团掌握站点的人流和站点运营情况，便于根据站点热点情况优化金华市内的公交路线，提升公共交通服务水平，满足金华市民出行需求，促进城市公共交通的高质量发展。1、数据采集：从金华市公交集团的指挥调度监控系统实时采集金华市公共交通的GPS定位数据、车速数据、站点停靠数据等； 2、数据处理：对采集到的数据按公交路线进行汇总分类、排列清洗，对GPS数据进行结构化处理； 3、数据加工：计算某一路线的站点停靠标准值k=所有车辆的站点停靠总时长/车辆数；超标值x=某站点车辆违规预警值r-站点停靠标准值k；超标百分比=超标值x/标准值k；根据超标百分比的大小，判断此次违规事件等级，超标率大于50%为严重等级；超标率在20~50%之间为轻微等级；超标率小于20%为常规偏差等级。 4、数据应用：通过以上数据的统计加工分析，获得公共交通车辆违规预警信息，一方面作为公共交通运行管控的重要指标，为分析各个站点的人流信息提供支撑，进而为优化站点停靠路线提供依据；另一方面为公交集团内部临时调度车辆提供有效的预测和分析。This dataset is sourced from the Command, Dispatch and Monitoring System of Jinhua Public Transport Group, collecting GPS positioning data, speed data and stop stopover information of public transport vehicles. Violation warning information for public transport vehicles is acquired in real time via statistical analysis, enabling the group to grasp passenger flow and operation status at each stop, optimize bus routes within Jinhua based on stop hotspot conditions, improve public transport service quality, meet the travel needs of Jinhua citizens, and promote high-quality development of urban public transport. 1. Data Collection: Real-time collection of GPS positioning data, speed data, stop stopover data and other relevant data of Jinhua's public transport from the Command, Dispatch and Monitoring System of Jinhua Public Transport Group. 2. Data Processing: Aggregate, classify, sort and clean the collected data according to bus routes, and conduct structured processing on GPS data. 3. Data Calculation and Grading: Calculate the standard stop dwell duration k per route as total stop dwell duration of all vehicles divided by the number of vehicles; calculate the excess value x as the violation warning value r of a specific stop minus the standard value k; calculate the excess percentage as x/k. Determine the severity level of the violation event based on the excess percentage: severe level when excess percentage > 50%, minor level when 20% ≤ excess percentage ≤ 50%, and conventional deviation level when excess percentage < 20%. 4. Data Application: Obtain violation warning information for public transport vehicles through statistical processing and analysis of the above data. On one hand, it serves as an important indicator for public transport operation control and provides support for analyzing passenger flow information at various stops, thereby providing a basis for optimizing stop routes; on the other hand, it provides effective prediction and analysis for temporary vehicle dispatching within the public transport group.
