资源简介:
Photograph of four views of Mexican architecture, showing building detail, [s.d.]. The top left panel shows carved decoration in a wall in an indistinct pattern; the top right shows what appears to be a carved dragon's or lion's head; the lower left shows similar carved decoration ascending up a tall entranceway. Finally, the lower right panel shows decoration at the base of a building, around which wrought-iron fencing has been installed. Additional information: "The upper right photo is of a snake head: Quetzalcoatl (feather-snake Aztec god). This snake was most likely located at lower foot steps of stairway of Huitzilopochtli temple. Now, it can be seen at the Templo Mayor Ruins Archeological Group just near the Metropolitan Cathedral and Palacio Nacional [in Mexico]" -- Dr. Jeús Roberto Duarte, 2016-03-07.
