Spatially resolved CD8+ and CD34+ interface indicators in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

This archive contains version 1 of the dataset used in the study entitled “Spatially-resolved CD8+ and CD34+ computational immunohistochemistry indicators improve post-nephrectomy risk stratification in clear cell renal cell carcinoma.” The dataset is utilized for the calculation of CD8+ immunogradient indicators and CD34+ vascular area fraction indicators at the tumor–stroma interface, and for the construction of multivariable prognostic models for progression-free survival in patients with localized clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
