资源简介:

🧠 Welcome to the Wild World of Cortex Recordings! 🎉 Inside this .zip treasure chest, you'll uncover 9 electrifying .csv files of MEA (8x8 array) data, each brimming with 15 minutes of spontaneous neural activity from the M1 medial cortex of P30 rats. 🐭⚡️ Every file content raw Voltage values, already downsampled to 1 kHz --- 📁 What's in the Zip? - Each file follows a naming pattern like 01-basal-eulam or num-activity-condition.- These represent baseline recordings, so no tampering here just pure, unfiltered brain chatter. --- ⚠️ Heads-up: Electrode Activity Electrodes in these arrays are a little... let's say, artistically arranged (read: totally scrambled) 🎨🧩 But don’t panic! We’ve come to the rescue with a heroic script: [preprocessing.py] available in our https://github.com/AnaAquiles/CorticalDelam-MEA[GitHub repository]Use it to realign your neurons like a pro 🧑‍🔬💻 --- 🧪 Let the Experiments Begin! You’ll also find recordings where the activity was deliberately perturbed using a Free Mg²⁺ medium (mad science intensifies 🔬). These span 45 minutes, split into three 15-minute files: - 01-ceroMg1-eulam- 01-ceroMg2-eulam- 01-ceroMg3-eulam Then, to soothe the cortex back to normal (aww 💆), you'll get the recovery recordings 30 minutes total, also in 15-minute slices: - 01-recMg1-eulam- 01-recMg2-eulam --- 📬 Questions? Explore the dataset using the tools in the repo, and if you find yourself talking to your neurons like they're coworkers— contact the authors before they start talking back! 🧠💬 --- Happy RESEARCH!
