RNA Sequence Analysis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Grown in the Presence and Absence of Copper Sulfate

Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain HA0 was grown with and without 1 mM copper sulfate for RNA sequence analysis. Two replications grown in YED at 30 degrees C for 4.5 hours to A600 0.039 (replication 1) and 0.055 (replication 2). Two replications grown in YED + 1 mM copper sulfate at 30 degrees C for 4.5 hours to A600 0.036 (replication 1) and 0.041 (replication 2). RNA isolated by YeaStar RNA Isolation Kit (Zymo Research).
