资源简介:
During the Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) expedition, ambient total suspended aerosol particles (TSP) were collected on polycarbonate filters (pore size 0.8 µm) for offline chemical and microphysical analyses. Filter sampling during the MOSAiC drift was carried out by the ATMOS team, with special acknowledgment to Amélie Kirchgaessner, Lauriane Quéléver, Ivo Beck, Markus Frey, and Manuel Dall'Osto. Each filter was sampled for approximately one week and subsequently stored frozen until analysis. This dataset comprises atmospheric concentrations of both free (DFCHOaer) and combined carbohydrates (CCHOaer). Analyses were performed at the Atmospheric Chemistry Department (ACD) of the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) in Leipzig using high-performance ion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection (HPAEC-PAD), following the protocol described by Zeppenfeld et al. (2021). DFCHOaer were measured directly, whereas CCHOaer were quantified after acid hydrolysis.
