In this dataset, you will encounter the supplementary material to the paper “Consumers' Perception of Food Deterioration: White Mushrooms as a Case Study,” authored by Angie Homez-Jara, Yuelin He, Lisa Duizer, Biniam Kebede, Arturo E. Osorio, and Maria G. Corradini.
