Cross-sectional study of microbiome in specific-pathogen-free chickens at different ages, part II

Gut and respiratory microbiome samples were collected from a research flock of specific-pathogen-free (SPF) layer chickens at several points during their normal production setting. The aim was to follow compositional changes of the microbiota in the flock through normal development from hatch through peak laying period (52 weeks). This SRA submission contains the second half of the data collected. The first half is provided in Part I.
