Age-associated genes that identify senescent cells in the liver of aged mice using single-cell RNA sequencing

We searched for age-associated genes in order to identify senescent cells in the liver of aged animals. We performed the single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to screen candidates of age-associated genes using young and aged rat primary hepatocytes.
