We report the transcriptome changes in tibialis anterior muscle in response to deletion of the Mfn1 and Mfn2 genes. Floxed alleles for Mfn1 and Mfn2 were combined with Myl1-Cre driver to knockout these genes in fast-twitch muscle fibers. Tibialis anterior muscles were collected from wild-type (control) and knockout littermates at various ages (4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, and 10 weeks).
