Detection of Lp1 macrolide-resistant isolates by Whole genome sequencing

This study described how systematic Legionella pneumophila (Lp) Lp whole genome sequencing (WGS) associated with an antimicrobial resistance detection pipeline in the context of French epidemiological surveillance of Legionnaires' disease allowed to identify natural highly macrolide-resistant Lp serogroup 1 environmental isolates.
