Soil microbial sequencing of alpine marsh wetlands

This project involves high-throughput sequencing of soil microbial communities from alpine marsh wetlands in Qilian Mountain National Park, Qinghai, China, under different degradation levels. The objective is to explore microbial diversity and ecological responses across degradation gradients. Soil samples were taken from a depth range of 0 to 30 cm and sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq platform. The data aim to provide insight into microbial adaptation in cold wetland ecosystems and support future restoration practices.
