An observation dataset of carbon, water and heat fluxes of alpine wetland in Haibei (2004–2009)

The dataset include carbon, water and heat fluxes data subset (net ecosystem CO2 exchange, ecosystem CO2 respiration, gross ecosystem CO2 exchange, latent heat flux, and sensible heat flux) and routine meteorological data subset (air temperature, air relative humidity, water vapor, wind velocity, wind direction, soil temperature, total radiation, net radiation, photosynthetically active radiation, and precipitation), in which the half hour flux data are gap-filled. The dataset cover a half-hour, day, month, and year scales.

本数据集包含碳、水和热通量（carbon, water and heat fluxes）数据子集与常规气象数据子集。其中通量数据子集涵盖生态系统净CO₂交换（net ecosystem CO₂ exchange）、生态系统CO₂呼吸、生态系统总CO₂交换（gross ecosystem CO₂ exchange）、潜热通量（latent heat flux）及感热通量（sensible heat flux）；常规气象数据子集包含气温（air temperature）、空气相对湿度（air relative humidity）、水汽（water vapor）、风速（wind velocity）、风向（wind direction）、土壤温度（soil temperature）、总辐射（total radiation）、净辐射（net radiation）、光合有效辐射（photosynthetically active radiation）与降水量（precipitation）。所有半小时分辨率的通量数据均已完成间隙填充。本数据集覆盖半小时、日、月、年四种时间尺度。
