DOMMx Lineage Matrix: Element-Level Traceability from Source to Assessment, Action, Procedure, Evidence, and Reassessment

DOMMx Lineage Matrix v1.0 provides an element-level traceability package for the DOMMx Data Governance Operating Model and Maturity Assessment artefact. The dataset supports reconstruction of the design lineage from primary source basis and transformation decisions through assessment questions, maturity scores, governance actions, implementation procedures, responsible roles, deliverables, expected evidence, dependencies, application conditions, and version history. The package contains 540 element-level lineage records comprising 72 assessment questions, 72 governance actions, and 396 implementation procedures. A further 432 question-score-action mappings document the decision logic connecting the 72 assessment items and the six maturity scores (0–5) to the corresponding governance actions. The XLSX version provides the complete structured workbook, including the element lineage matrix, decision mappings, question register, action register, procedure register, validation controls, source register, and reconciliation documentation. The CSV version provides the principal Element_Lineage dataset in an open, machine-readable format. DOMMx v2.0 was the exact artefact evaluated by the expert panel. DOMMx v3.0 is the corrected and updated post-evaluation release. This lineage matrix documents the current traceability package supporting DOMMx v3.0 and does not imply that v3.0 itself was empirically evaluated.
