资源简介:
Currently, there are synthetic nitrification inhibitors that have proven to be efficient in maintaining NH4+ for a longer time in soils, and have induced improvements in yields and fruit quality. However, there are questions regarding their use due to their high cost, their susceptibility to high temperatures, and mainly for affecting soil microbiota. Such evidence suggests the importance of seeking sustainable alternatives based on the development of nitrification inhibitors of natural origin. In this context, winemaking wastes, mainly composed of grape pomace, are characterized by high concentrations of low density phenolic compounds with antiseptic properties, which could represent a viable alternative to reduce the activity of bacteria that act in the NH4+ nitrification process. The objective of this research is to study the use of red grape pomace in the inhibition of nitrification and in the efficiency of nitrogen use in grapevine. It includes a pot trial to evaluate the nitrification inhibitory effect of natural inhibitors at soil level and their effect on the soil bacterial population. The expression of genes linked to NO3- and NH4+ uptake and transport was determined in grapevine plants subjected to different N sources with and without the use of the natural inhibitor.
