Fresh young leaves of the parental strains CSSL21 and RcBr were used to extract DNA. This was then subjected to whole-genome resequencing by Nanjing Pasenuo Gene Technology Co., Ltd. The filtered high-quality data were compared with the reference genome to conduct information statistics and the identification of variant sites. Subsequently, SNP and InDel sites between the two parents were compared, and the ED value was calculated using this method. The ED value threshold was set at 1. Finally, the difference fragments were plotted.
