Interfacial Wave Dominated Sediment Resuspension and Transport in a Liquefied Seabed
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the experimental dataset and supplementary video supporting the manuscript titled "Interfacial Wave Dominated Sediment Resuspension and Transport in a Liquefied Seabed," which has been submitted for publication in Coastal Engineering. The dataset provides high-resolution intra-wave near-bed dynamics, capturing the regime shift in sediment suspension under non-liquefied and liquefied seabed conditions during wave flume experiments. File Overview: Data.mat: This MATLAB data file contains the processed time-series measurements from the experiments. It primarily includes the near-bed flow velocity data and the pore water pressure data. Movie S1.mp4: Supplementary high-speed camera footage capturing the detailed dynamics of the interfacial waves and the sediment resuspension process at the seabed-water interface. Please note: To clearly illustrate the differential settling of coarse and fine particles and the formation of wake vortices, the video playback has been slowed down by a factor of 3 (i.e., playing at 1/3 of the original speed).
