RNA-Seq analysis of strawberry fruit receptacles treated with Azacytidine vs control tissues treated with water

We injected 0.1mM of the hypomethylating agent 5-azacytidine to halves of green, unripen strawberry receptacles. The other halves were injected with water and used as control.
