资源简介:
Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) are oval membrane-enclosed structures with highlyheterogeneous content. EVs are known to play important roles in intercellular communication by transporting their contents between cells whereby they alter the properties of both donor and recipient cells.Uveal melanoma (UM) is the most common primary intraoculartumor in adults andit displays a high frequency of metastases to the liver. The aim of this study was to characterize the protein signature, determine the potential biomarker of circulating EVs derived from UM cell lines.Mass spectrometry of proteins from UM-EVs was performed and shwed the presence of exosomal markers and proteins involved in cell-cell and focal adhesion. In addition, we observed high expression of HSP70, HSP90 and integrin alpha V.
