Inosinic acid (IMP) content is an important factor affecting chicken meat quality. In order to clarify the molecular mechanism of its specific deposition in different parts of muscle tissue, Jingyuan chicken was used as a slow-growing chicken model, and the breast muscle and leg muscle tissues of adult hens under the same genetic background and feeding and management conditions were used for high-throughput transcriptome sequencing. The differentially expressed mRNA, miRNA and lncRNA molecules in different muscle tissues were screened, and their functions and target genes were predicted by bioinformatics. To construct the key gene interaction network of mRNA, miRNA and lncRNA for the specific deposition of IMP in Jingyuan chicken muscle.
