Geographic location of the secondary substations MV/LV from the distribution network with installed power and use percentage information.1. The information made available by E-REDES is an approximation of the values relative to the power network assets installed and respective percentage of used power extracted by the systems and refers to the moment the information is collected. For reasons of security, protection or lack of data, some of the Secondary Substations do not provide information regarding the Usage Level.2. Given that the connection points, the electricity distribution network, and the consumption and production values themselves are naturally very dynamic, it is safeguarded that the information made available may be subject to subsequent changes and updates, and may contain any omissions and/or occasional inaccuracies of location.3. The information made available by E-REDES consists only of an approximation to the avaiable capacity of the networks, at each moment, whereby it does not intend to be a contractual proposal or dismisses a direct consultation of E-REDES to formulate the usual Grid Connection Requests.4. E-REDES safeguards that the information provided does not link to the connection to any specific point or asset of the network, or even to a specific solution within the scope of the Grid Conections that may be placed, reserving E-REDES to evaluate on a case-by-case basis, according to the respective requests, the technical solution that is the most appropriate, in accordance with the principles to which it is legally bound.5. E-REDES is not liable to third parties, namely, partners, service providers, contractors, users and customers, for damages that may arise as a result, direct or indirect, of the use of this Information, in particular when carrying out interventions, calculations and/or estimates, without confirming the accuracy and updating of the data, whereby it is duly noted that the consultation of this information does not affect the duty to promote a direct consultation with E-REDES to obtain updated information.6. The information avaiable is, to all legal effects, property of E-REDES, and must not be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified, changed, deleted, destroyed, broadcasted, transmitted, disclosed or in any way made avaiable to a third party, without being expressly validated by E-REDES.
