Thymic mimetic cells in various mouse strains

We profiled a subset of medullary thymic epithelial cells from three mouse strains by scRNA-seq to investigate the composition of the mimetic cell compartment. Overall design: scRNA-seq of mouse thymic mimetic cells from C57BL/6, BALB/c, and NOD mice (cells from two mice of each strain)
