METHODOLOGY FOR CREATING A PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFE ENVIRONMENT IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

This article examines the methodological foundations and practical approaches to establishing a psychologically safe learning environment in foreign language classrooms. It analyzes the role of the educator in mitigating the fear of making mistakes, foreign language anxiety, and communication apprehension during the language acquisition process. Utilizing experimental and comparative research methods, this study explores the correlation between student classroom engagement and overall language proficiency outcomes. The findings demonstrate that in learning environments where psychological safety is systematically maintained, students exhibit significantly higher levels of oral proficiency, conversational fluency, and intrinsic motivation.
