Water table level data from a soil climate manipulation experiment in an Alaskan rich fen (APEX). APEX Fen is located in the Bonanza Creek LTER outside of Fairbanks, AK. APEX Fen uses a full-factorial water table (flooded or raised- APEXele, lowered or drained- APEXlow, and control treatments- APEXcon, as well as a moisture gradient) by warming manipulation (warmed, unwarmed treatment). Automated water table measurements were collected in each plot using a pressure transducer and a datalogger.
