Methylation status of candidate genes in 12 B-cell lymphoma cell lines.

Only candidate genes which have a CpG island in their promoter region have been analyzed by MSP. Candidate genes for each lymphoma type have been analyzed in 12 B-cell lymphoma cell lines (three cell lines per type). Genes have been sorted by the combined methylation frequency (brackets) across all lymphoma cell lines. A cell line has been considered as methylated when it was partially or fully methylated.
