This dataset, stored as a Seurat object in .rds format, contains pre-processed scRNA-seq data for 11 basal cell carcinoma (BCC) samples from 2 studies (Yerly et al. Nat Comms (2024) and Ganier et al. PNAS (2024)). This dataset only contains the malignant subset of cells from the original samples, which were subset by a combination of patient mixing, signature scoring and CNV alteration patterns, as described in Yerly et al. biorXiv (2024).
