This dataset was generated by Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine, during pre-consultation services. It contains high-quality, full-scenario data including symptom descriptions, diagnoses, initial medical history screening and other relevant contents. It is designed for AI-powered intelligent pre-consultation models, with its application scenarios covering patient self-service and initial consultation triage. The dataset can assist doctors in gaining advance understanding of patients' conditions, support improvements in consultation efficiency, reduction of misdiagnoses and enhancement of patient engagement, and help optimize the utilization of medical resources.
