Data for measuring the coherence and trade-offs between economic, social, and environmental sustainability of farms

The files contain data collected during interviews among 199 farms in Poland in 2023 and concern measuring the coherence and trade-offs between economic, social, and environmental sustainability for farms participating (SFSC) and not participating (non-SFSC) in short food supply chains. It also indicates the determinants creating the three mentioned contructs of sustainability. The structural equation modeling (SEM) was used in the research. Farms are divided into two groups (column B) - participating in short food supply chains (SFSC) and not participating (non-SFSC).
