RNA sequencing of lymphoid leukosis-like bursal lymphomas of chickens

Spontaneous lymphoid leukosis-like bursal lymphomas (LL-like lymphoma) are sporadically observed in susceptible chickens free of oncogenic virus infection. The non-pathogenic subgroup E avian leukosis viruses and Marek's disease virus-2 (SB-1) boost the incidence of LL-like lymphoma. This project was designed to profile the transcriptome of the LL-like lymphomas.
