CRISPR/Cas9 mediated deletion of the adenosine A2AR enhances CAR T cell efficacy [NECA_RNA-seq]

Investigation of the transcriptional profile of stimulated murine a-HER2 CAR T cells in the presence/absence of NECA and/or SCH58261 Overall design: Anti-Her2 CAR T cells were generated from WT mice and after 7 days culture in IL-2 (100 U/ml) and IL-7 (200 pg/ml), cells were stimulated with plate bound anti-myc Tag (anti-CAR) antibody in the presence or absence of NECA (1 µM) or SCH58261 (1 µM) for 8 hours. Cells were analyzed with 3' RNA-seq.
