Transcriptomic study of NR8383 rat macrophages cells following exposure to NM403 carbon nanotubes

To identify differentially expressed genes and key biological pathways that define toxicity following nanomaterial exposure, we performed microarray analyses on NR8383 macrophages exposed for 4 h to 0.8 cm²/cm² of NM403. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement N°. 686098 Changes in gene expression in NR8383 cells incubated without (control) or with (0.8 cm²/cm²) of NM403 for 4 h were measured. For each condition, four biological replicates were performed.
