ATAC-seq analysis of wild type (WT) and Keap1-KO (K-KKO) CD4+ T-cells demonstrated significant Nrf2-dependent chromatin accessibility changes. Keap1-KO T-cells exhibit increased chromatin accessibility. Our analysis revealed an upregulation of pathways involved in T-cell proliferation and leukocyte development, suggesting that elevated Nrf2 activity promotes a more proliferative and metabolically active T-cell phenotype.
