Whole-genome analysis of a mouse model of diffuse-type gastric cancer

Diffuse-type gastric cancer (DGC) is refractory and often associated with a poor prognosis. The proper model can facilitate the study of its mechanism and potential therapy. Cdh1 and Trp53 double conditional knockout (DCKO) mouse is a mouse model of DGC. Its pathological feature is similar to human DGC, but its genomic profile is unknown.The purpose of this study is to analyze whole-genome sequences of tumors from eight DCKO mice, to compare single nucleotide variants, small indels, and copy number variations in this mouse model and TCGA human gastric cancer.
