Genome Assembly of Oryza sativa Nipponbare Haplotype 2. Oryza sativa Japonica Group

This BioProject includes the genome sequencing, assembly, and annotation of Haplotype 2 of Oryza sativa Japonica Group (Nipponbare). The data was derived from PacBio HiFi reads and represents one of the two resolved haplotypes for this reference rice cultivar. This project aims to enhance our understanding of rice genetic diversity and provide a valuable resource for agricultural and genomic research
