PCRseq of Danio rerio: CRISPR/Cas9 mediated sox9a gene editing in zebrafish F0 generation individual fish

To assess the efficiency of gene editing in RNP-based systems, we performed deep sequencing of the target sites using Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. Tissue DNA from sox9a gene editing in zebrafish F0 generation individual fish was extracted and subjected to PCR amplification, amplicon library was constructed for each target.
