Evaluation of the capacities of mouse TCR profiling from short-read bulk RNA-seq. mouse TCR profiling by RNA-Seq part 2

This study provides a systematic evaluation of RNA-Seq based TCR profiling. In this study, mouse TCR repertoires of different diversities were generated in the presence or absence of immunogenic challenges. Both the full-length single-cell RNA-Seq (Fluidigm) and the bulk RNA-Seq were examined with diverse repertoires. Standard read length and coverage are employed such that the evaluation is in accord with the current RNA-Seq practice.
