Efficacy of Global Postural Re-education Combined with Conventional Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis: A Randomized Controlled Trial

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Global Postural Re-education (GPR) combined with conventional rehabilitation in patients with cervical spondylosis. It was a single-blind, randomized controlled trial that included 147 patients, randomly assigned to the experimental group (n=73, receiving conventional rehabilitation plus GPR) and the control group (n=74, receiving conventional rehabilitation only). This dataset contains all the raw measurement data from the study, mainly including:- Demographic information (age, gender, height, etc.)- Primary outcome measures: Neck Disability Index (NDI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) scores- Secondary outcome measures: 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) scores, static posture angles measured via the Functional Training System (FTS)- Measurement time points: baseline (T1), post-intervention (T2), 1 month after intervention (T3)The data have been de-identified to protect patient privacy.
