Plant and soil microbiome studies are becoming increasingly important for understanding the roles microorganisms play in agricultural productivity. The purpose of this work is to provide detail on the soil, rhizosphere soil and endophytic microbiome of root and leaf . The samples were collected from 8 soybean (Glycine max) and maize (Zea mays) cultivated sites located in different regions in Brazil: Ponta Grossa, Lapa and Imbituva in the state of Paraná; Uberlândia in the state of Minas Gerais; Rio Verde and Montevidiu in the state of Goiás; Dourados and Maracaju in state of Mato Grosso do Sul.
