Single-cell RNA-seq of Leishmania tropica log-growth culture promastigotes

Single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) of untreated and irradiated Leishmania tropica L747 and MA37 strains. Leishmania tropica parental strains in early log cultures were either not treated or submitted to 6.5Gy gamma-radiation in CM199 medium. After 24h, single cells were isolated on a Chromium Controller and cDNA libraries were generated using Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3' kit v3.1 and submitted to HiSeqX Illumina sequencing.
