资源简介:
This study investigates the effects of inoculating sugar beet (Beta vulgaris) seedlings with the bacterial genus Sphingomonas on plant growth and the structure of the rhizosphere microbial community under continuous cropping conditions. Using high-throughput sequencing of ITS region (targeting fungi), we analyzed the composition, diversity, and potential functional shifts within the rhizosphere microbiota. The research aims to elucidate the role of Sphingomonas in mitigating soil-borne challenges associated with continuous cropping, potentially through modulation of the root-associated microbiome. The dataset provides comprehensive amplicon sequencing data linking microbial community dynamics to a key agronomic practice.
