资源简介:
This series comprises a determination (four signed copies) and three volumes which document the transfer of assets (land and works) from the Department of Railways to the Electricity Commission of New South Wales in 1966. The generating and transmission functions of the railways' electricity enterprise along with power stations were progressively transferred to the Electricity Commission from 1953. (1) The determination was located inside Book 2.The transfer was made pursuant to the provisions of the Electricity Commission Act, 1950 (Act No. 22, 1950) which established the Electricity Commission of NSW.
