Dataset & Code for generating rIPD, tables, and figures

CSV files are dataset containing time and survival rate at the specified time for KM curves of immunotherapy and chemotherapy.

Curve 1 is immunotherapy and curve 2 is chemotherapy.

CSV files that starts with 'hn' denotes head and neck cancer, 'b' stands for bladder cancer. Files that does not start with an alphabet denotes NSCLC.

The number in the CSV file names correlates with the paper that is in the same numbered row in the word file named 'NSCLC', 'Head&Neck', and 'Bladder'.

Only the rows that showed the KM curves containing the most amount of patients from a specific study were selected for analysis and thus uploaded here.

R codes, along with CSV files and number of patients at risk from individual papers were utilized to produce rIPD.
