Investigation of gene expression profiles of MGT#1-mVenus-reporter harboring A549 and H1944 lung cancer cell lines upon PRC2 inhibition (GSK126) and activation of TGF-Ã1 pathway (TGF-Ã1). Overall design: MGT#1-mVenus harboring A549 and H1944 cells were treated with GSK126 (5 µM) or TGF-Ã1 (5 ng/ml) for 11 days, sorted by FACS for MGT#1-mVenus high and low expression alongside naïve controls, and subjected to whole transcriptome profiling.
