Genomic Analysis of Escherichia coli from Hospital Wastewater in Jakarta

This project investigates the genomic diversity of Escherichia coli isolated from hospital wastewater in Jakarta, Indonesia. Whole-genome sequencing was conducted to characterize antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes, plasmid content, and virulence factors present in environmental isolates. The data support ongoing efforts to monitor potential hotspots of resistance gene dissemination in urban environments and contribute to public health surveillance of wastewater-associated pathogens.
